2. About Dozo

Dozo is a veteran-owned, community-first brand based in Littleton, Colorado. Our Services include online platforms, community experiences, retreats, events, and related products. We are committed to building a trusted, real, and impactful community centered around mental and spiritual well-being.

3. Community Standards

Dozo is built on trust, respect, and genuine connection. All community members agree to:Treat others with dignity and respectEngage honestly and in good faithRefrain from harmful, harassing, or deceptive behaviorHonor the confidentiality of private community spacesRepresent themselves and their intentions truthfullyWe reserve the right to remove any individual from the community for conduct that conflicts with our values — with or without prior notice.

4. Events & Retreats

Participation in Dozo events, retreats, or in-person experiences is subject to individual event terms communicated at registration. All participants acknowledge inherent risks in experiential activities and agree to participate voluntarily and responsibly. Dozo is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages arising from participation unless caused by our direct negligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Dozo platforms — including text, images, designs, logos, and community materials — is owned by Dozo or its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission. Content shared by community members remains your property; by sharing it within Dozo platforms, you grant us a limited license to display it within our community.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for the highest quality in everything we do, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in our community, events, or use of our products.

To the extent permitted by law, Dozo and its team members will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll do our best to notify the community of significant changes. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
