Welcome to Dozo. By accessing or participating in the Dozo private membership community, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Dozo operates as a private membership community intended for individuals interested in personal development, spiritual exploration, and intentional community.

Access to Dozo services, content, and community offerings is limited to approved members only.

By accessing this platform, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating in a private membership association and agree to abide by these terms.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is limited to individuals who:

• Are 21 years of age or older
• Have been invited or referred by an existing member
• Agree to operate in good faith within the community
• Accept the privacy and conduct standards of the community

Dozo reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at any time at its discretion.

3. Private Membership Association

Dozo functions as a Private Membership Association (PMA).

All services, communications, and offerings are intended solely for private members of the community and are not available to the general public.

Members agree that participation is voluntary and private and understand that Dozo is not operating as a public retail marketplace.

4. Spiritual Coaching & Community Services

Dozo provides access to services that may include:

• Spiritual coaching
• Community events and retreats
• Educational materials
• Integration resources
• Member discussions and support

These services are intended for personal growth, reflection, and spiritual exploration.

They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

Members should consult licensed professionals for medical or mental health concerns.

5. Sacramental Plant-Based Products

From time to time, members may receive plant-based sacramental products provided at no cost in connection with coaching services for spiritual use.

These provisions are made privately within the membership community and are intended solely for personal spiritual exploration.

Members agree:

• They are responsible for their own decisions and experiences
• They will not resell, redistribute, or misrepresent any items received
• They will approach any spiritual practice with intention, respect, and responsibility

6. Personal Responsibility

Members acknowledge that:

• Participation in spiritual practices may involve intense emotional or psychological experiences
• They are solely responsible for their own well-being and choices
• Dozo does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation

By joining, members voluntarily assume all responsibility for their participation.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Dozo values member privacy.

Members agree to respect the confidentiality of other members, including:

• Personal stories shared in community settings
• Retreat experiences
• Member identities within the private community

Dozo will never sell member data and only collects information necessary to operate the platform.

8. Community Conduct

Members agree to:

• Treat others with respect and integrity
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Participate in good faith within the community

Dozo reserves the right to remove members who violate these standards.

9. Payments & Services

Members may pay for services including:

• Coaching programs
• Retreats or events
• Membership-related services

All payments are for services rendered.

Any additional items provided in connection with services are not sold individually.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dozo and its team shall not be liable for:

• Personal decisions made by members
• Experiences arising from spiritual practices
• Any indirect or consequential damages related to participation in the community

Participation is entirely voluntary and at the member’s discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Dozo including:

• Educational materials
• Community resources
• Branding and written content

remains the property of Dozo and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

12. Changes to Terms

Dozo may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Members will be notified when significant updates occur.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
